Cancellation Policy

• If you decide to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours of placing it. You can easily initiate the cancellation by emailing us at hiyasa.design.retail@gmail.com
• Please note, a 4% processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount for eligible cancellations due to payment gateway charges.

Replacement & Refund Information

We do not offer cash refunds. Replacements are only accepted in specific situations:

• Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect and any product defect  contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Condition of the Item: The Replacement item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags still attached.
• Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable

If a replacement is authorized, the replacement will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
